You must complete lower level EMTs before you can enrol in a paramedic training program. After the completion of the paramedic training program. You must successfully complete and pass The NREMT exam. You receive the necessary certification documents in order to complete the Oklahoma EMT License Application – Fill out this form with your NREMT number and attack a copy of your card.
